Eric Bellquist

Eric Bellquist is an investment professional with Hutton Collins based in London. As an advisor to Sweet 100, Eric brings a wealth of experience in capital raising, portfolio management, investment strategy, and international restaurant operations. Eric currently serves on the board of Wagamama, a pan-fried Asian restaurant chain. The British headquartered restaurant chain has 105 units throughout Europe, the Middle East, and the United States. In addition to Wagamama, Eric is responsible for Hutton Collins investment in Caffe Nero, an Italian-style coffee shop with over 500 units throughout the UK, Turkey, and the United Arab Emirates. Prior to Hutton Collins, Eric worked in the European Leveraged Finance and Sponsor Coverage group at Lehman Brothers. Eric is a graduate from the University of Colorado at Boulder and is a San Diego native.
