Jon Gordon

Jon is both a licensed attorney and real estate broker in the State of California. At Sweet 100, Jon performs a variety of functions including: real estate site selection and analysis, deal sourcing and acquisition analysis, restaurant/real estate development, business development, and managing the company's government relations. He also helped create Sweet 100's EB-5 Investment Program.

Prior to Sweet 100, Jon both worked as real estate broker, concentrating on restaurant related tenant and landlord representation, successfully completing over $8mm in real estate transactions and practiced law working on commercial and residential loan workouts.

Jon is active in the local community and charitable organizations, participating in Urban Land Institute Young Leaders Group, East Village Association and East Village Community Foundation.

Jon is a graduate of University of Wisconsin-Madison (Communications), B.A. and University of San Diego School of Law, J.D.
