Herminio Llevat is currently the Chairman & CEO of Flippin Pizza, an emerging Fast Casual Pizza Chain with 14 operating units in Virgina, DC, and Southern California. As an advisor to Sweet 100, Mr. Llevat brings with him extensive experience in franchising, operations, development, and leadership with over 13 years of experience as a restaurant CEO. In leading his team in the acquisition of Flippin Pizza, Mr. Llevat has since successfully franchised the concept and positioned it for growth in both the domestic and international markets. Prior to Flippin Pizza, Mr. Llevat was the CEO of Cambridge Investments, the 5th largest franchisee of Arby's (65 Units), one of the largest franchisees with Baja Fresh Mexican Grill (10 Units) and a franchise of Taco Bell (5 Units). Previously, Mr. Llevat was an Electronics Market Manager for Dupont and a Brand Manager for Proctor & Gamble. He received a degree in economics from Harvard College and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
