Investment Criteria

Great restaurants are driven by great food, ambiance, and service. Our understanding of great restaurateurs drives our success. Boardrooms, dress shirts, ties and power point presentations don’t interest us. Our interest is in creating an environment that will enable us to form successful partnerships and establish long-term relationships.

We are currently looking to provide growth capital based on the following criteria:

• Restaurant Company must be in the Fast Casual and Upscale Casual Dining Segment.
• Restaurant Companies that are currently generating between $1 to $15 Million in EBITDA and have at least 2-3 years of operating history.
• Restaurant Companies that will benefit from the real estate, development, and operational expertise of our management team and advisory board.
